Archive of Call for Proposals:

Do you have a program, process, idea, or experience that demonstrates how your library is thriving in your community, with other organizations and libraries, and with your patrons? Please share it with your Oregon library colleagues in a fabulous and fun presentation at the 2017 OLA conference, April 19-22nd in Salem. We are welcoming proposals with or without sponsorship from an OLA division, committee, or roundtable. Wednesday pre-conferences do need sponsorship.

We are excited to extend the 2017 conference into Saturday to include Oregon Association of School Libraries members. We will therefore be looking at programs for regular sessions   Thursday, Friday and Saturday (April 20-22). Please make sure to indicate on the proposal form whether or not you are available to present on Saturday. Saturday’s programs will have an emphasis on collaboration and subjects that have appeal to both OLA and OASL members and libraries.

Please review the rubric we will use in scoring the proposals.

The deadline was 10pm on Monday, September 26, 2016 .  Notifications will be sent out by Monday, October 24, 2016.
